Siena, The Fashion of Food, and Kamut Cupcakes
This cupcake was as scrumptious as it looks, wrapped in a petite paper-twine cup and baked ’till golden. The first bite was heaven, and the second was a jump from cloud nine to ten. The best part is its flour-alternative Kamut base which is full of healthy grains. Definitely going to bake these once I’m back home in LA!

This Just In, Live: It’s Snowing in Siena
So, being the Los Angeles-native that I am, snow always gets a jump and a jitter out of me. And now that I’ve seen it for the first time outside my Sienese window in Tuscany, Italy, I’m about to bust a cap like a pressure cooker. Surprised that my time living in Boston hasn’t softened any tones in my excitement for snow…
