Siena in the Spring can bring not one thing but smiles to its beholders. The natural lighting that streams through my morning window is surreal to me, as are the beams that crackle through the kitchen skylight when I’m making breakfast. That’s when we know it, when we feel it in the blossom of otherwise hibernating flowers, when we smell it in the fresh breeze that trails from the Tuscan hills, that there is absolutely nothing better than Spring.

Lovely photos which are made lovelier by your text explaining this post – it’s beautiful and so incredibly poetic! Love it.
